Client Help: Why aren't my previous deliveries showing on my "Manage Orders" screen

StoreToDoor will show the past 7 days ( by default) but here are the steps to pull up the information and to export the file that you require

Please note that you can retrieve all our delivery information starting from the very first day you delivered with StoreToDoor. 

  • Log-In to your Company's StoreToDoor portal
  • Forgot your log-in password? Click here
  • On your Manage Orders page search for the "Created" tab and click on the icon beside it
  • Calendar screen will pop-up and you can choose the start date (please be reminded that you can go all the way to the start of your deliveries with StoreToDoor)
  • on the same screen choose your end date
  • Then hit Apply on the bottom of the calendar
  • The screen will show all your orders from the selected time period

 

To Export the file

  • If you want to export the report as a CSV file click on the Export CSV icon to the right of your screen and a file will be created for your use.
