Client Help: Where is my delivery or the driver
- From the navigation bar on the left hand side go to the Manage Orders tab
- This will default to show you orders from the past 7 days
- You can click on the created or completed header to change the date(s) - allows you to filter by either a specific day or range of days
- Click on the order you are looking for:
- OrderID
- Pending - Order has been placed.
- Assigned - Order has been assigned to a driver.
- Active - driver is out to pick up the order.
- Delivered - order has dropped off the order. Status of the delivery
- Dispatch Notes - Dispatchers will write updates or notes related to the order here.
- Driver & Driver notes
- If that does not work to find where your delivery or driver is, use the chat widget to message dispatch
- Make sure to include your Company Name, Company ID, and OrderID
