      Driver Help: When do I get paid? What is the payroll cycle?

      When drivers are paid , when can I expect payment for driving?

      Payments are made via Direct deposit so please make sure that your banking information is in our system. Pay is available  once a week on Fridays. 

       

      • The Pay week is from Sunday to Saturday of every week.
      • Payroll is submitted on the next week following the pay schedule.
      • This information is also made available on the "Welcome to StoreToDoor" email everyone receives. 

      For example: if January 1 falls on a Saturday, then the end of the week would be January 7, Sunday. Then payroll will send out your pay the week after following the schedule below.
