      Client Help: What to do if google can't verify address



      1. Try the following steps: 
        1. Do a hard refresh (command+shift+r)
        2. Close all your browsers and reopen
        3. Sign in and out of your account 
        4. Extensions - Ad blockers 
      2. Double check that you are entering the correct address in the auto-fill field 
        1. Postal codes will be different for avenue vs street 
      3. Enter your pickup location address in the fields and in the notes put the actual destination of the recipient. 
      4. Use the Chat help feature (bottom right hand corner) to let dispatch know the issue.
