Driver Help: What if a delivery fails, undelivered or the customer is not home to receive/sign for the package?

What happens to our package if it is not delivered? What is the process to get the package returned to our location.

StoreToDoor and our policies do not allow us or our drivers to keep packages overnight, our dispatch team will arrange for the package to be returned to your location that same day prior to your store closing.
