What to do if there are packages that a driver cannot deliver for Costco Pharmacy
If Costco Pharmacy packages cannot be delivered at the end of the night:
- Ensure that the driver fails the task
- Find out the reason why the tasks were not completed
- Ensure that there are dispatch notes entered or the reasons written in the "Dispatch-Call-Out" channel on Slack
- Create a return task (see here for instructions on how to return tasks)
- The packages must be delivered to the Costco Depot before 9:30pm
- Driver must report to the front door of the Depot and ring the bell
- Confirm the number of packages with the person at the Depot
- Complete the return task
