What pictures to take, Who can sign for the packages, Why do we have pictures of the thermometer?
Before completion of Costco Pharmacy deliveries, drivers are required to complete the following:
- Picture of the package
- Verifies the name and address of the patient
- Picture of the house/apartment/condo
- Must include the number of the destination address
- Picture of the Thermometer
- Thermometer must be kept in the cooler bags provided
- Temperatures must be within 15 and 25 degrees
- If your temperature is lower than 15 degrees or higher than 25 degrees please call your dispatcher immediately
- Provide Patient name
- Provide Patient address
- Task ID number
- If your temperature is lower than 15 degrees or higher than 25 degrees please call your dispatcher immediately
- Signature must be obtained
- Do not leave packages unattended
- Do not leave prescriptions/packages in mailboxes unless given expressed consent by the patient
- Signature can be obtained from anyone on the premises and does not need to be the patient themselves
