What to do if there will be late deliveries for Farmer Jane clients
In case of a situation where a customer delivery will either be late or not delivered at all we need to notify Farmer Jane upper management. Please use the no driver template in the snippets and be sure to include both the names of the effected customers as well as the task ID, so that they are able to notify the affected customers.
