Client Help: How to view order details

  1. From the navigation bar on the left hand side go to the manage orders tab
    1. This will default to show you orders from the past 7 days
    2. You can click on the created or completed header to change the date(s) - allows you to filter by either a specific day or range of days
  2. Click on any order to view order details: 
  3. OrderID 
  4. Status of the delivery 
    1. Pending - Order has been placed.
    2. Assigned - Order has been assigned to a driver.
    3. Active - driver is out to pick up the order. 
    4. Delivered - order has dropped off the order.  
  5. Delivery Type (Regular, Oversize, Rush) 
  6. Number of Packages 
  7. Dispatch Notes - Dispatchers will write updates or notes related to the order here. 
  8. Recipient Information 
  9. Pickup Information 
  10. Order Notes 
  11. Delivery Photos 
  12. Delivery Signature 
  13. Driver & Driver notes
