Client Help: How to create a rush order

  1. From the navigation bar on the left hand side go to the create orders tab
  2. Pickup location
      1. If you have multiple locations make sure you are clicking on the right one.
  3. Toggle the Rush Order button  
    1. Note: Extra charges to apply for rush orders 
  4. Pickup date 
    1. This can either be today’s date or future date.
    2. Format is year, month, day or click on the calendar icon on the right hand side to click the date from a calendar.
  5. Rush Pickup Time 
    1. As a rush order, you have the option to click ASAP where S2D will dispatch a driver as soon as possible. 
    2. Otherwise, you can select a time in 15 minute intervals
  6. Rush Delivery Before Time 
    1. You have the option to click ASAP where S2D will aim to have the order delivered within 30 minutes after pickup 
    2. Otherwise you can select a time in 15 minute intervals 
  7. Click add a delivery
    1. Enter the recipient’s cell phone number. This will send a tracking link to the customer to view when their order is on its way and delivered.
    2. Enter the first and last name of the recipient. 
    3. Enter the destination of the recipient. Enter the address in the search address field to allow Google Maps to auto-fill the address fields. Once the fields have been auto-filled, please ensure the information is correct and any apartment/unit number is entered if necessary.
    4. If the package is being delivered to a business click the checkbox (optional)  
      1. Enter the business name 
      2. Enter the business closing time 
    5. Enter the number of packages being delivered to the recipient.
    6. Enter any delivery notes (if applicable). These are visible to both our dispatchers and the driver, and will also be shown on the order label. 
    7. Click the add button on the bottom right hand side. 

  8. If you have more deliveries you would like to add, you can do so by clicking add a delivery again to enter the delivery recipient’s information. 
  9. Once you have added all of your deliveries, click the submit button.
    1. Submit and print labels - Recommended as you can print the labels to stick them on the appropriate package(s).
    2. Submit order - You can later print labels if you forget. 
  10. Submit and print labels - The labels will automatically open in a new tab for you to print and stick on the orders.
