Driver Help: How to access StoreToDoor Bepo Tips

This article will explain how drivers payout tips from their Bepo wallet to their personal bank account.

  1. Once a new StoreToDoor driver has onboarded, they will receive an email from Bepo Inc. on behalf of StoreToDoor to sign up for their personal StoreToDoor's Tipping Account. Ensure to check your spam/junk mail folders if it's not showing up in driver's inboxes.
  2. In the email invite, drivers must click on the Accept Invite button. This will redirect them to a new webpage where they will be asked to choose a Bepo Tag, upload a photo of yourself, and create a password.

  3. Once logged into their new StoreToDoor Bepo Tipping account, drivers will have to set up their personal banking information by clicking on "Connect your bank account" under your "To Do's".

  4.  Each time a driver receives a tip, they will be notified by email. 
 
  5.   Once tips show up in a drivers account (typically 24 - 48 hours after they've been tipped),                drivers can then pay themselves.
 
  6.   In order to move tips from a drivers Bepo Tipping Account to their personal Bank Account,          drivers will have to log into their StoreToDoor Bepo Tipping Account and select                    Create a Payout.
 
  7.   Next, select the amount to be transfer. Click Create
 
  8.  Once a payout is submitted, tips may take up to 3 business days to show up in a drivers                    personal bank account.
