Driver Help: No Recipient

If an order that you are delivering does not have a recipient available to receive it, please contact dispatch immediately and they will inform you of next steps.
  • Some items can be left at a customer's door, but some need to be handed off directly
  • Await instructions from a dispatcher and use the chat feature in the app
