Driver Help: How to Deliver Orders

1. On Onfleet, drivers are expected to click their task and hit the slide button

  • This will change your icon from purple to blue and show the dispatchers that you are active

2. Please ensure you are comparing assigned names on Onfleet to the names on the packages you are picking up

  • Sometimes, multiple StoreToDoor drivers will be picking up packages from the same location

3. Once the order has been successfully delivered or attempted to be delivered, slide the bar to success and toggle either "Failure" or "Success" depending whether or not the order was successfully delivered

4. Drivers are required to upload photos as proof of delivery

  • Please note that the address of the home must be visible in the photo

5. Please note that some items require signatures or ID verification. If the order you are delivering requires one of these things, it will be mentioned in the driver notes.

  • ID verification is required for cannabis
  • Please ensure the ID that the customer is presenting you with matches the name on the order
  • Please ensure the person is of age
  • Some deliveries will require recording the last for digits of the credit card for proof of payment, please put those digits in the driver notes

6. If the customer is unable to provide identification, do not give them the order

  • Notify dispatch, and fail the task on the driver app
  • The dispatcher will give you further instructions on how to proceed
