What do I do if I am at the customer's address and there is no answer at the door?
- Go to your App and call the customer using the phone icon on the task page
- You can also text the customer from the App as well
- Wait a few minutes for a possible response
- If there is no response, please let your dispatcher know to create a return task
- Please be aware that you will be paid for this return task
- Proceed to your next task as assigned
If a customer contacts you after you have failed a tasks, and you can complete the re-delivery:
- Contact your dispatcher immediately
- Create a task for re-delivery for you to be credited and paid for the delivery.
- Complete the delivery if you can
