What if the customer is not available? Not at home?

What do I do if I am at the customer's address and there is no answer at the door?

  • Go to your App and call the customer using the phone icon on the task page
  • You can also text the customer from the App as well
  • Wait a few minutes for a possible response
  • If there is no response, please let your dispatcher know to create a return task
    • Please be aware that you will be paid for this return task
  • Proceed to your next task as assigned

 

If a customer contacts you after you have failed a tasks, and you can complete the re-delivery:

  • Contact your dispatcher immediately
  • Create a task for re-delivery for you to be credited and paid for the delivery.
  • Complete the delivery if you can
