Client Help: How to create an order - Using Add Delivery Button

Use the following template to send to clients to help them create orders in the S2D Portal.

Below are the step-by-step instructions to help you enter a call for delivery on the Storetodoor portal:

  • Sign In: Log into your Storetodoor portal account.
  • Manage Delivery: Navigate to the "Manage Delivery" section.
  • Create an Order: Click on the "Create an Order" button.
  • Select Delivery Window: Choose your preferred delivery window and then click "Add Delivery".
  • Input Customer Information: Enter the customer's details and any special instructions for the driver, then click "Save".
  • Submit: Finally, click the "Submit" button to complete the process.
